Yes, all of Credit Counseling Center office locations have free parking.

Yes, all of Credit Counseling Center’s offices are wheelchair accessible.
Do we have Spanish speaking counselors?
Yes, we have a Spanish speaking counselor on staff who conducts appointments remotely; via Zoom and in person at our Lower Bucks office locations.
What are office hours?
The office hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM with the exception of Fridays which is 9:00AM to 4:30PM
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are required for all counseling.
How do I get an appointment?
All you have to do is give the agency a call to start the process for an appointment. The administrator will identify the type of appointment that will work best for your situation, provide you with an intake packet which must be completed and returned prior to scheduling your appointment.
What if I do not have a computer or a printer to complete my intake packet?
You are welcome to stop by our main office in Richboro to complete your intake packet. One of our administrators will provide you with a list of items you will need to bring with you to help speed up your process.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Yes, you are welcomed to bring someone to your appointment with you.
What are your COVID-19 policies?
Credit Counseling Center requires clients and visitors to wear a mask when in our offices.
How much does it cost?
There is no fee for counseling services at Credit Counseling Center with the exception of bankruptcy counseling which costs $39 per individual / per couple.
Do you have to live in Pennsylvania for your counseling services?
Credit Counseling Center provides bankruptcy counseling services for all 50 states. For all other counseling services, PA residency is required.
