Kelly Boyle serves as Penn Community Bank’s Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility and Government Relations and is a member of the institution’s Community Impact Team. In her role, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of the Penn Community Bank Foundation, coordinates team member community involvement and volunteerism, and supports crucial regulatory initiatives. She brings a deep professional background to the organization, having previously worked in casework and community support positions throughout the region and as the Director of Constituent Advocacy and Federal Agency Liaison in the office of the late Congressman Michael G. Fitzpatrick. Kelly’s favorite part of her role is engagement with the community and truly making a difference. She loves that Penn Community Bank prioritizes giving back to the community it serves. Outside work, Kelly enjoys learning about history and traveling the country in her RV “Betsy” to see as many national parks as possible. She lives in Langhorne with her husband, has five adult children, and three goofy golden retrievers.
